I was frustrated because, yes, I wanted to enjoy a nice glass of wine after a long day, but my husband was right: I wasn’t going to finish a whole bottle myself and would inevitably pour the rest of the bottle down the drain a few days later after it had spoiled. I searched high and low for a great single-serve option, but anything I found left much to be desired—like great taste and packaging that mirrored the quality of the experience. When I couldn’t find what I was looking for, I decided to create it. Cue the sparks!
