Our soft and velvety California Cabernet Sauvignon is made from organic grapes grown on the highland valleys and mountain slopes of Mendocino County.
Warm fermentation temperatures (around 80ยฐ F) are used to extract maximum color, flavor, and tannins from select Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard blocks. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 14 months on French oak.
