Our Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from an award-winning, organic vineyard in the renowned Languedoc region in the South of France, from a family who has been making wine for over fourteen generations. All grapes are harvested by night to preserve aromatic potential. The juice is allowed a short period of contact with the skins to emphasize aromas, followed by a slow press and low temperature vinification in stainless steel tanks. Our Red Blend is made in Valencia, Spain by a father-son duo who is committed to organic viticulture and utilizing terroir to develop refined and complex wines. The Bobal and Merlot grape varieties are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. After fermentation, the wine remains on the skins for a few days and is then barrel aged for 4 months. Our Chardonnay is made from organic grapes grown in the upland Redwood Valley in Mendocino County, where a cooler climate promotes a gradual ripening of fruit and facilitates the production of refined and complex wines.

Fermented cool (~55° F) in stainless steel on oak. To add complexity after fermentation, the wine remained on its primary lees (yeast) and oak for the duration of its aging. Our Rosé is sourced from an award-winning vineyard in the famed Languedoc region in the South of France, from a family who has been making wine for over fourteen generations. All grapes are harvested by night to preserve aromatic potential, followed by a direct press, low temperature vinification process in stainless steel tanks.

P.S. An adult signature (21+) is required at the time of delivery. UPS will only attempt delivery 3 times before returning the package to us. Once the package has been returned to us, we have to charge full rate shipping to send it again – and neither of us wants that! If you’re having trouble being home during delivery times, please remember you can contact UPS and have them hold the package at a nearby facility for you to pick up.
