Cabernet Sauvignon
Our soft and velvety California Cabernet Sauvignon is made from organic grapes grown on the highland valleys and mountain slopes of Mendocino County. Warm fermentation temperatures (around 80° F) are used to extract maximum color, flavor, and tannins from select Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard blocks. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 14 months on French oak.Red Blend
Our Red Blend is made in Valencia, Spain by a father-son duo who is committed to organic viticulture and utilizing terroir to develop refined and complex wines. The Bobal and Merlot grape varieties are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. After fermentation, the wine remains on the skins for a few days and is then barrel aged for 4 months.Pinot Noir
Our Pinot Noir is sourced from a single vineyard in California with a Mediterranean climate characterized by hot summer days and cool summer nights. A small portion of the wine has oak influence to complement the grapes' delicate natural flavors.
