Cabernet Sauvignon
Our soft and velvety California Cabernet Sauvignon is made from organic grapes grown on the highland valleys and mountain slopes of Mendocino County. Warm fermentation temperatures (around 80° F) are used to extract maximum color, flavor, and tannins from select Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard blocks. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 14 months on French oak.Red Blend
Our Red Blend is made in Valencia, Spain by a father-son duo who is committed to organic viticulture and utilizing terroir to develop refined and complex wines. The Bobal and Merlot grape varieties are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. After fermentation, the wine remains on the skins for a few days and is then barrel-aged for 4 months.Chardonnay

Our Rosé is sourced from an award-winning vineyard in the famed Languedoc region in the South of France, from a family who has been making wine for over fourteen generations. All grapes are harvested by night to preserve aromatic potential, followed by a direct press, low-temperature vinification process in stainless steel tanks.Pinot Noir

Yes, please! UPS will only attempt delivery 3 times before returning the package to us. Once the package has been returned to us, we have to charge full rate shipping to send it again - neither of us wants that!
If you’re having trouble being at home during delivery times, please remember you can contact UPS and have them hold the package at a nearby facility for you to pick up.
