Cabernet Sauvignon
Our soft and velvety California Cabernet Sauvignon is made from organic grapes grown on the highland valleys and mountain slopes of Mendocino County.Warm fermentation temperatures (around 80° F) are used to extract maximum color, flavor, and tannins from select Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard blocks. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 14 months on French oak.

Red Blend
Our Red Blend is made in Valencia, Spain by a father-son duo who is committed to organic viticulture and utilizing terroir to develop refined and complex wines.The Bobal and Merlot grape varieties are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. After fermentation, the wine remains on the skins for a few days and is then barrel-aged for 4 months.

Chardonnay
Our Chardonnay is sourced from a single vineyard in California with a Mediterranean climate characterized by hot summer days and cool summer nights. Tank press followed by fermentation in stainless steel.

Rosé
Our Rosé is sourced from an award-winning vineyard in the famed Languedoc region in the South of France, from a family who has been making wine for over fourteen generations.All grapes are harvested by night to preserve aromatic potential, followed by a direct press, low-temperature vinification process in stainless steel tanks.

Pinot Noir
Our Pinot Noir is sourced from a single vineyard in California with a Mediterranean climate characterized by hot summer days and cool summer nights. A small portion of the wine has oak influence to complement the grapes' delicate natural flavors.

Sauvignon Blanc
Our Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from an award-winning, organic vineyard in the renowned Languedoc region in the South of France, from a family who has been making wine for over fourteen generations; the ideal setting for producing an exceptional Sauvignon Blanc.To fully capture the essence of what Sauv Blanc is, all grapes are harvested by night to preserve their aromatic potential. The juice is allowed a short period of contact with the skins to emphasize aromas, followed by a slow press and low temperature vinification in stainless steel tanks, ensuring that our French Sauvignon Blanc retains its pure, crisp flavors and vibrant character. Orange
Unlike traditional white wines, orange wines are created by fermenting white grapes on their skins, a process typically reserved for reds. This method imparts both its striking color and layered complexity. For our Orange Wine, the wine remained on the skins for 21 days, slowly evolving from pale yellow to golden to a beautiful orange. Once fermentation was complete, the grapes were pressed to reveal a truly distinctive wine that balances freshness with depth.​


We made our Orange Wine from organic Chenin Blanc grapes from the Clarskburg Delta area in California, an appellation renowned as the best New World region for this varietal. The unique climate of Clarksburg sets it apart: warm mornings give way to cooling breezes from the San Francisco Bay, preserving the grape’s vibrant natural acidity while allowing full expression of flavor.​
